• Customer consulting
• Compiling a list of suggested artists suitable for the target group of the event
• Sending inquiries to the management of artists attractive to our customers
• Conducting contract and performance fee negotiations
• Booking the respective artist
• Independent co-ordination and delegation of the individual branches in the run-up to the event (sound and light systems, hotel, catering, shuttle etc.)
• Attending to artists during the event, from their arrival to their departure
