Next to our exclusive artists, we also have a worldwide network within the music and event business, that allows us to work with different national and international artists for corporate and private events. 

No matter what the event is - we will find a fitting artist, athlete or actor on your behalf. Company celebration, product presentation, private event, incentive event, exhibition or whatever your plans are: We will find the right accompanying program for you.

Our artist booking service includes: 

  • Compiling an artist requirements profile

  • Customer consulting

  • Compiling a list of suggested artists suitable for the target group of the event

  • Sending inquiries to the management of artists attractive to our customers

  • Conducting contract and performance fee negotiations

  • Booking the respective artist

  • Independent co-ordination and delegation of the individual branches in the run-up to the event (sound and light systems, hotel, catering, shuttle etc.)

  • Attending to artists during the event, from their arrival to their departure

Event Production

In addition to our artist booking services, we also offer the complete conception, planning and production of events for our clients. Depending on your requirements, this can start from organizing a concert or a festival for your customers up to a press event that includes several programm parts, exhibition constructions, etc..

Artist booking & event conception for Volkswagen - electrified! the e-mobility weeks by Volkswagen

Nitro Booking was responsible for the programming of electrified! The club nights at the airport of Tempelhof in Berlin during Volkswagen`s e-mobility weeks and responsible for the lineup including international electronic music acts like Fritz Kalkbrenner, Parov Stelar Band, C2C, Booka Shade, The Bloody Beetroots, Camo & Krooked, Carl Craig, Kavinsky, Solomun and many more. Furthermore, we were also responsible for the overall event conception and realization.
